PERFORMANCE
The CCDO Double Impingement Oven has fully-insulated, independent 304 stainless steel cook chambers, it utilizes variable speed blowers and catalytic converter to create a combination of top & bottom impinged air, resulting in high-speed cooking, high food quality, and ventless operation. It can evenly and consistently cook, bake, roast, toast, brown, and crisp foods much faster than conventional methods, provides superior cooking performance while requiring less space and consuming less energy.

STANDARD FEATURES
n 47x43cm (18.3”x17”) large chamber cavity, ½ sheet pan, ⅔ GN pan, and 16-inch pizza capacity.
n Touch mode friendly interface with smart menu system, controls are intuitive and simple to use.
n Both “℃” and “℉” available
n Smart menu system capable of storing up to 864 recipes: 432 recipes per cavity, with multi-stage programming (Up to 6 stages for each recipe).
n Three “Set TEMP” modes to meet different temperature requirement and enables you to create and manage the recipes classically.
n Temperature setting: 5-280℃ (41-536F)
n Variable-speed, vertically-recirculated air convection and impingement, heat, brown, and crisp powerfully and intelligently as you wish with low noise.
n Menu programming application on PC, Remote transmission via internet & USB flash disk to transfer menu system.
n No oil-smoke design and built-in catalytic converter which break down grease-laden vapors, allowing for ventless operation.
